Infusion Finance is for anyone who wants Quicken-style tracking on their own local network, with business invoicing alongside personal accounts.
Works without outside services
Accounts, the register, budgets, cash flow, reports and invoices work with no outside API keys. Bank download, receipt scanning, investment price updates and timesheet import are optional and only switch on when you configure them.

Budgets & reports
Monthly spending targets by category, plus reports.
Cash flow forecast
Projects balances forward from bill reminders and one-off items. A timeline chart flags low balances and shows a safe-to-spend summary, with an Excel-style weekly or monthly planning grid and what-if items.
Bill reminders
Recurring bills and income with a pay-from account, default tags and split reminders that carry onto transactions when you mark them paid.
Invoicing
Business invoicing, plus an integration API that lets a timekeeper app add line items to draft invoices.
Find & Ask
Global search, with an optional Ask mode that uses the same AI provider configured for receipt scanning.

Bank download
Connect and sync through Plaid. Bank usernames and passwords are entered in Plaid Link, not in Infusion Finance.
Investment prices
Update investment prices through a Tiingo API token.
Receipt scanning
Scan Receipt sends a receipt image to a vision model from the provider you configure (Gemini by default, or OpenAI or Anthropic). The user guide also covers scanning receipts from a phone.
